Hermes Agent collects only the minimum information necessary to provide its services:

• Authentication data: email address, used for account login via OAuth / single sign-on
• Usage data: API request logs (timestamps, endpoint paths, model names, token counts) for rate limiting and billing
• Configuration data: API keys you create, stored encrypted at rest

2. How We Use Your Information

• To authenticate you and maintain your account
• To route your API requests to upstream language model providers
• To calculate usage and enforce rate limits
• To send operational alerts (e.g., backup status notifications)

3. Data Sharing

We do not sell your data. Your data is shared with third-party AI model providers (Google, Xiaomi, etc.) only to the extent necessary to fulfill your API requests. We do not share your personal information with advertisers or other third parties.

4. Data Retention

• Account data: retained until you delete your account
• Request logs: retained for 90 days for billing reconciliation
• API keys: retained until revoked by you

5. Data Security

All data is encrypted in transit (TLS 1.2+) and at rest (AES-256 for sensitive fields). API keys are stored as one-way hashes. Access to production systems is restricted to authorized operators.

• Access and export your account data
• Delete your account and associated data
• Revoke API keys at any time
